A moment of gratitude

article image placeholderUploaded by @Noalily
So it's just a really, really great organization that I have been a part of, and I Luckily, was able to be a camp counselor virtually over the summer. And today was our first inperson day since the pandemic. So it was really exciting. Honestly, even though I was excited, I was really, like, not dreading it, but just like it felt like it was another thing on my plate leading up to it

Take a moment to think about someone in your life that brings positivity!

What a beautiful focus of an organization. Wow. I had no idea about Cam Kessum, and you're absolutely right. When you do stuff for other people, you get outside yourself and you see a bigger picture and you see that you can impact lives other than your own. So that when you're not feeling very I be with your own life. You know that you're making somebody else happy

Hi, Noah. I really liked what you said about gratitude, and it really resonated along with me. It also reminded me of something that at first when I heard it, I thought it was really weird, not weird. But it was definitely difficult when I first heard of it, but also reminded me of what you said. Sometimes when bad things happen to us or difficult things happen to us and we wish it was easier another way

sounds like a really great program!

I'm like, not all that thrilled for because I just want to lay down and relax or take a break. I find that I really end up not really wanting to go to that thing. And it's such a I think skill to have the discipline to just make that first move of, like getting out of bed and then that leads into the next move. Okay
