BAY AREA PEOPLE: Advice needed!!

article image placeholderUploaded by @Noalily
I'm also not a coffee drinker one. I don't like the taste of it. I really like my drinks to be sweet and I also just do not react well to caffeine. So I always opt for tea. But yeah, I just love Chai tea latte. And I've been really sad up in Berkeley because at least all the places that I've gone to, they haven't even been like mediocre

Clearly a very deep issue 🤧

So when you get all the sweetness in your stuff, do you ask for light, which is like, I think it means not regular sugar or they have that option or what's in the Chi that Starbucks has? What's in the Chai that time has. Just curious about your feelings about sugar. Sugar, sugar versus natural plant based sweetener

Hello. First of all, thank you for tagging your Bay Area people because I am so serious. I want good recommendations. Second of all, I am regular sugar all the way. I do try to be as healthy as possible, but I also understand that you have to kind of get some slack in some areas. And for me, I'm not eating meat. I try not to eat really any animal product

Hey Noah, I don't drink Chai lattes, but if I did, I would never order one next to campus. Although I hear Blue Door Cafe isn't bad, that it's better than Strata's or Yali's or anyone else's. But no, I would go away from campus. I'm assuming you've already tried Asha Tea House. That's still too close to campus for me

Hello. Noach. And Deborah and Tim, this is Noah here. And I also don't drink Cha lattes, but I hear that the teaspot around the corner from my place on Harrison, just south of San Pablo in Berkeley, is super good. And they probably have trilaters. That is all I can offer, unfortunately. But I wish you luck. In your quote, West

The tea spot, by the way, is called blue Willow tea spot, as in a blue Willow tree. Tea spot

Cafe N!ne @Noalily

Alright. So I got a recommendation for you. There's a place in El Cerrito called Cafe Nine. And El Cerrito is really close to Berkeley. So one city over. And Cafe Nine is actually a black owned business which is awesome too. And there amazing, yummy, delicious breakfast burritos on top of it. So if you ever need to start your day with a yummy, healthy, nutritious, nourishing breakfast burrito along with Chai tea latte that they make as a really delicious that's the spot
