Imposter Syndrome?!?

article image placeholderTackling Impostor Syndrome
When I got these roles and these jobs for a reason because I am qualified and I think I really needed to listen to that podcast because there are so many times when I just do Noa acknowledge my own abilities and my skills and the fact that I do deserve the things that I work for, it's not like they're just thrown in my lap and then I have to learn how to deal with it. So I thought that was a really interesting thing and I would love to ask you, swell

No longer undermining my abilities!! https://s.swell.life/SSuRht9oRyVdOt3

Step into you!

Oh, this is such a great question. And I heard that same conversation on Life Kit. By the way, I'm so happy recognizing this so early in your life and your career, especially as a woman, because women as a woman, as a woman, because women tend to think that they're impostors. And it's just a horrible thing. I just read that it's more of a phenomenon for women than men

And it may sound kind of silly, but it's a really big, important job, and you're really taking on a responsibility that's ultimately kind of, like, really looking out for people's safety and well being and such. And it's always the easiest group of girls to wrangle. So I actually really applaud you for that. And also with your nonprofit work, you really do put in so much work, and that's evident in, like, your dedication

Chloe, first of all, thank you for your beautiful words. I really appreciate you just, like saying that, because sometimes you just need, like, someone else to kind of validate the work that you're doing. So I really appreciate that. Thank you. And I also really understand your situation because I got into Berkeley off of the waitlist. And so I never like, I don't know

And even when I work really hard and I get something, I'm like, oh my God, I don't deserve it, but I do. And I feel like everyone should just give themselves more credit for what they earned. Honestly. I also made a swell on this months back. I'll look for it and I'll put the link here. And just remember, just because you're carrying it well doesn't mean it isn't heavy
