And there's a lot of anxiety, not only following through with them, but coming up with them and figuring out how you can better yourself, which I in the past have always been not like a believer in it, but I've just always had a list of resolutions, and then I wouldn't do them. And then I get really angry with myself. And it was always kind of like digging myself into a deeper and deeper hole

Hey, thanks for your post. I think it's really interesting to look at both sides of the New Year, one being, hey, let's look at what we can do to change and the other to be just more present presented. I think that that really resonated when you mentioned be aware of your surroundings. I think a lot of us catch and catch up, get caught up
