And I've been very much like head in my books and clubs and just like, I don't know, and that made me really unhappy. So last night, as I was falling asleep, I decided, no matter how I'm feeling, when I wake up, you're going to put on your tennis shoes and get out of the house. So I didn't know what I was going to do to work out

Get out of that repetitive routine!!

I love working out. And recently, I don't know, more recently than not, like, maybe this past year I've stopped viewing working out as something I needed to do to get lose weight or be skinny. Or I don't even know, just like, that kind of mentality. And now I go because I have a really good time focusing on myself and doing my little routine and then sauna afterwards. So I don't know

I took the extra time I had before class to have a morning and make a proper breakfast and not just like, grab a rushed protein bar or something like that, which I kind of do every morning. It was really nice, actually, and totally out of my typical routine
