With the number of people reporting mental health concerns slowly increasing, it has become difficult to ignore the impact that mental wellness can have in our day to day lives, our society and our economy at large. So many people, like I told you, many people suffers from mental illness and only some of them seek aid for that. In order to build a society where everyone is able to get the support that they require, we need to raise awareness about mental health concerns and reduce the stigma

And I just want to say that we all should take care of our mental health and we should first keep a priority as mental health and then look forward to other things. So thanks. Thank you, Nishtha, for sharing such a beautiful message and have a great day. Bye

So what's the use of that physical fitness if you can't just have a peaceful and a calm environment in our minds? So that surely makes mental health our priority. Of course, we should be focusing on our physical health as well, but not before on mental health. So I completely agree with you and thank you so much for reply. For your reply. I really appreciate it

Hi Nishtha, I completely agree with you. And you see, mental health should be our topmost priority, yet it's our least important priority. We generally tend to neglect it and we prefer physical health over mental health, which is not good because it's if you're not good mentally, you cannot be very well physically also. And even if you feel that, okay, what is mental health? How will it affect me physically? But after some days it will start to show its effect

Visha, thank you so much for your response. It really means a lot. And, you know, just take care of yourselves. Thank you
So as I listened to your talk on this topic, I was just able to recollect when exactly I prioritize that my mental health was most important because to a certain point of time in my life I was fed up with too much of guilt for even taking a moment to think about I am important or I am necessary or I am to be prioritized

Hey Anne, thank you so much for your response. It really means a lot. And I'm glad that after listening to myself, you have started thinking about this thing again and you will try to prioritize this once more. So thank you so much

Hi Nishtha actually this is something which I feel it is very, very important to talk about and I am very glad that you gave such a good description and such a good view, your point of view on this whole topic. And I really loved hearing you talk about it. Especially the one thing which struck me the most was that mental health is not a destination but it is a process and I completely agree with it

Like, we can openly discuss about all our physical ailments, all our physical problems, but about mental wellness, they are just like, started talking in this person. Like, this is something really bad. Like, if you have watched that movie, what was it? D as in Ligi? There was Sharukhan playing Doctor Jangi. And when he was in the conference room, he says the exact same word. Like, I found that things so apt, so true
