Okay, so let's talk about growth mindset first and then we'll see the differences between the two. So the growth mindset leads to embracing flaws and mistakes as opportunities for growth, accepting setbacks as a part of learning process and feeling empowered to reach goals. This sees intelligence as something you can develop over time. They willingly embrace challenges and risks possible failure. It believes that effort and practice can lead to mastery. Also acceptance. It sees failures as temporary setbacks and persist in a de achievement of goals
