Let it be out. Don't just keep it to yourself and just give it out. Just speak it out. Voice your opinion. Because I believe that confidence is always affordable. So whatever you feel, however you feel, just speak it out. Don't keep it to yourself. Yourself. Thank you

Hi, Nishtha. I absolutely agree with you that bottling up your emotions and your opinion, any and everything which you bottle up is actually going to, you know, it's like suppressing lava and it never ends well. Honestly, you should be able to voice your thoughts, your opinions, whatever you're feeling, because honestly, it's going to harm you only at the end of the day, and that's really not desirable, right?
