Winded by grocery shopping or household course. Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise promotes better sleep. Struggling to snooze regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster, get better sleep, and deepen your sleep. Just make sure that you are not missing out on your workouts. I really don't do yoga exercise when I'm feeling too exercise I always dance like dance makes me happy and it's also a way of exercising your body body it makes me feel good about me and it's a good type of exercise to do if you don't like to do exercise of scheduling it just put some sort song and just dance it's a very good way of physical exercise

I think it is necessary unless you walk in a physically demanding job like a factory job. If you don't exercise then you won't feel better. You will be weak and your image will be bad. You will also live a shorter life. There are people who have not and will not exercise in their life, so you won't necessarily die from not exercising. But they lived a worse life I bet, than what they could have
