Like whenever I deal with an anxiety I always take deep breath, press my hands again my other hand rub them and massage my fingers and warm up my hand and press my hand and gain my face. This always helps me to calm down and deal with the anxiety

I think you can definitely deal with anxiety through yoga and meditation. And to me, yoga and meditation would really helpful in dealing with anxiety

Hi. You explained it very nicely and the way you told how to cope with anxiety is really great and this could help. And I have a severe anxiety. What I do to cope with it is I breathe. I stand still and focus on my breathing. I find something firm to hold on to. Often it's a family member that doesn't mind me asking for a hug. I eat something. I recommend chocolate
