The parents also usually have more experience in life and are usually trying to steer the child onto a successful course in life. They have been patient with you for many years when you were a teenager. They probably paid for you to go to College if they could afford to. Hi Nimisha, I do agree with you that parents deserve respect. And indeed a lot of it. They've raised us. They've helped us grow. They've helped us pass through phases of life and until 18 for sure. But if you been after that, I'm sure they'll help us and be there for us. And the respect, we should just have it for them because if we don't have respect for them, who will be respectful. Correctly, you said so
