Future might a little make sense, but then what really makes sense as present is only the reality. As you said, everybody thinks about the past or the present. So what I feel that thinking about the past makes no sense and crippling over it again and again makes really no sense

Yes, absolutely. It makes sense. I totally agree to this. But what I have observed in my line of work or whatever I've been doing or, you know, the 36 years of life that I have lived till now, I believe that people fear judgment. Like, for example, if I'm saying something to you, you being a stranger for me, if I say something to you, I'll be, like, worried that what this person is going to think about me
