We can never work and learn as individuals. I'm sure this is true in other fields incorporated in other places of employment. So we had to do an activity as a group where people yell, screaming loud and was being loud. Then we did the same activity, but everyone had to be quiet and just work on their own. Well, the speaker was like, which activity was better, the loud one or the quiet one? Well, of course, everyone was just like, the loud one

There's that word you just used. It suggests that when it comes time to make group decisions, extroverts would do well to listen to introverts, especially when they see problems ahead. It's a great book. It's really focused on people who are quiet. Thanks for this, Grant. It's really provocative

Thank you so much for the suggestion. I've I have not heard of this book. I've been trying to look up some more books about this topic and I would definitely give the read. Thank you so much for sharing

Also, thank you for that quote. That's a wonderful, wonderful quote. If I ever get a chance to be in charge of a professional development, I will absolutely use that quote. I will. In fact, I'm gonna have that hanging up in my classroom, because it is just amazing. Thank you for sharing

Night time. Man, I I really can't get enough of your post. I just found your Why you can't make friends post, and I needed more, so here I am. And now I found out that you're also an educator and bothered by the loudness and the loud and wrongness and just the trainings that we have to go to, like, it's summertime. Are we on vacation or no? Are we on vacation or are we training?
