And just overall sense of well being, which will have an impact on your production which will have an impact on your focus which will have an impact on the quality of work you do, giving them a reason or reasons to indicate that you're not measuring up, you're not good enough. You'll never be good enough in the eyes of a narcissist, no matter what you do. But particularly when they employ these bullying strategies, it's designed to limit your abilities

But I was told I had no other option but to accept this position. So those are a couple of instances. There are several others where during my tenure with this company, I was just completely bulldozed. I had no say, I had no rights, I had no voice. I couldn't express any frustration. Nothing was happening that was improving my situation. And ultimately I indicated that I wasn't going to tolerate it

But what you're talking about in terms of the Narcissistic boss or the bullying that happens. You know, everyone wants to have someone be held accountable in these toxic environments, but it's a chain of command that really it comes down to and what's the corporate culture and all these conferences people go to to have HR really be able to detect what's toxic and what's not and how to mitigate bigger problems from happening

Oh, my gosh. I heard Debra's response, and I believe I am a target of quiet firing. And it's been a stressful couple of weeks at work, and I didn't realize it was stressful until today when I spoke with my director's VP because I made a complaint to HR because I was seeking help, and I really didn't believe anyone was hearing me. Yeah, I didn't feel like I was being heard
