Well, I think to connect a thought, if you have area ABCD and E in your brain, sometimes A and C have to link up or A and D or E and C or something like that to connect the thought. And maybe those regions of the brain are connected in some way that maybe gives off a signal or accepts a signal that we don't understand

I felt like I was a stowaway on the Star Trek Enterprise. I'm like, whoa. Anyway, I do know what you were talking about. Got COVID two years ago and everything in my life shifted. I was in so much pain. I mean, mentally, physically. My eyelash hurt. Had a dream about my father who passed away way earlier that year. I told him I can't make it without him. I woke up in tears in my eyes

That's what I'm like more ecstatic about because it's like I feel like the weight loss, it's almost like having a lower fat body is also kind of trimming the fat in your brain, if it makes sense. And now it's like, I think clearer because I'm carrying around less weight and it makes me want to not take my healthy body for granted. So I'm glad to hear that

Even the work that providers do in the healthcare industry, it started with someone's belief that if I do the following things, it can impact the body in this way. So it's all belief work
