Trigger songs they bring you back to a time. Mine is "Life In A Northern Town" by The Dream Academy. What is yours?

article image placeholderThe single ep cover
A it instantly brings me there to that fond childhood memory where it was fun to play in the snow. What is that song for you? And where does it automatically transform you to and your collective memories where you so vividly remember it. It's a trigger song they're called and what is your trigger song where it brings you back to a time that you can remember so vividly and fondly? Shoot me a reply. Let me know what song that is. I want to know what it is

Life In A Northern Town a moderate hit in the new wave 80s. Everytime I hear it I think of snow days off from school as a kid.

Hey, good morning. Good morning. Thank you for that nostalgic reminder. That song actually just makes me. It just has the 80s movies feel like, you know, 16 candles, zinc, some kind of love, all those Molly Ringwal movies that was a pleasant reminder gave me a good feeling alright. Have a great day

Going back to the 70’s for me

The song is The Night Chicago Died by Paper Lace. I'm surprised it's not a novelty song because it's not a love song, but it's a popular song about Hal Capone shooting up cops. And I remember my babysitter singing to my brother and I. She loved to sing, and she loved teaching my brother. And I just sing one is other sing tight yellow ribbon around the old Oak tree

Alright. So Neil, I'm gonna go a little bit later. Well, not later, but not as much of a little kid, but I think it was like 90 or 91 Primus time on me, the Cat when I hear that song, all I think about is when I was younger, I was big into skateboarding and hanging out with a bunch of kids that were all into it as well
