If you center on the relationship part with the cat and mouse game of the two, Sylvia and Alex and trying to decipher if Alex actually did commit these murders, if you look at it that way, it's a very entertained film. Now, if you come into it wanting a monster creature feature about the legend of Sasquatch, you're not going to get that, so be aware of that. And that's where I almost have a problem with the film is that it's

Monstrous comes off as two films with several subplots leaving the viewer confused. However, it’s a suspenseful and scorching relationship thriller

And then all of a sudden it turns into, like, the brother trying to locate that girl. And it's like another movie. It's like a whole different movie, the second part. And sometimes that works out because that one worked out. But in this it's almost like the Sasquatch part of it is like the backdrop and it's really about the two, the director and the other woman. But that's cool. Keep that in mind if I check it out

@JeffP

But the main focal plot was the young man looking for his sister who was kidnapped by Jason. The difference here is in Monstrous. It's actually two different story plots that it's promoted as a Legend of Bigfoot, but it really is a scorching and suspenseful thriller about two girls in a relationship, and one of them might be a psychotic killer. So it pushes the Bigfoot storyline in the back and focuses on the relationship thriller. So it kind of leads the audience down that path
