Engagement

article image placeholderUploaded by @nblye
We had our tickets all booked and ready for my first trip to Europe. And I was fairly certain that's when he was going to propose, his mother was going to come to Palm Springs in March and bring with her her family diamond. And the timing all made sense for the trip to Europe and the diamond in March

I love this story because it feels like there were these mountains, the protests and covet, and you guys prevailed, and now you're in love and it's all okay. But wow, I hope that life is a little more smooth sailing after this. Thanks so much for sharing

This really was such a great story and so eloquently told. Thank you for sharing it. Another bittersweet example of loving the time of Corona. I love the time of Covet and I forgot to share that part in my original post was that kind of sadness like white people problems of like privileged problems of not getting to show your friends your engagement. Oh boy, I know how that makes me sound

Hey, Congratulations on your engagement. I know that's a huge step in many people's lives. And to celebrate that way, to kind of reopen the gates of the world around you. I know that I remember after getting vaccinated, I decided that I was going to be okay with going to a restaurant and eating because before, I was very reluctant to do anything indoors, even with masks on. So I think that's a huge step, and it's a step that you did together
