"Growth" ~Natasha Noel

article image placeholderUploaded by @NatashaNoel
But I was thinking about this concept and about the concept of how a lot of people that have had near death experiences and whatever talk about choosing a life, looking at different pathways that they can go to. And if you believe in past lives or multiple lives, choosing your mother and father, choosing the path that you're going to take, maybe you know you're going to have cancer. I've heard Christians talk about this. I have heard atheists talk about this

A talk about life and paths we choose and why #swelltalks #natashanoel Booksbynatashanoel.com #growth #painsucksass

In my lifetime, I have found Christ in people that I know that have served prison terms or have done some horrible things, unmentionable things in their lives, had horrible past, had suffered diseases, lost a lot of people in their lives, all those kind of things. Those are the people that I've seen the most humble lives, the most wisdom in their life, that the people that have dealt with stuff like that

Then I want to crawl in bed, and I just want to go to sleep and not think and not feel and drift away and stay there. And I go through places in my life when I'm depressed where I'm either eating too much or not eating at all. I'm either sleeping way too much or not sleeping at all. I got those crazy extremes and I want to sleep. Although I'm not sleeping very well right now

It's it's so funny that that this is your subject today because I I actually went into the private messages and just left you a whole explanation of why we why we in spirit form, choose the life that we choose here. So it's kind of funny, kind of ironic that this was your subject. But yeah, I just left you a Booksworth in the private messages. But I've just listened to the first part one of this. I'm going to continue listening

I used to have one of those punching bags that you're talking about, and that is the best investment. I probably need to get another one, but if you don't have one I had a nurse one time recommend to me punching a pillow and picturing your frustrations on it. If you get the punching bag, which I hope you do, picturing the situation that you need to picture as you're punching it because it is a release

Continue to do that regardless of the naysayers, regardless of the judgmental looks and comments and snide remarks, because there's someone else who's not able to speak up. And many of those who are probably commenting to you in a judgmental way but secretly are like, oh, my gosh, I'm very much so inspired by her. So you continue on, sister

And then sometimes it just takes just one little thing to knock the wind out of you and you feel like you're right back down where you were even further. And we all do it. We all do it. And life is about growth. It really is. It really, truly is. But as long as we have, like, a little mustard seed of faith and we can hope and we can grab onto that and move forward, we're good

Hello, chickaroo. Yeah, I doubt I'll get a punching pack. I live in an apartment and and yeah, I've actually a nurse myself. I mean? Well, I have RN degree. I'm not working as a nurse. I work as a travel agent and writer. But yeah, in psychiatry, they do teach you about that kind of therapy where you can punch your pillow or do those things
