hardwork VS smartwork

article image placeholderUploaded by @NanyBhardwaj045
I would like to say that hard work makes sure that we are putting in the arms needed to accomplish certain things within time. While Smart Work focuses on bifurcating the main factors like who is the best person to do a particular task, when is the right time for doing it and what kind of hurdles we can anticipate. So when blended altogether, we can find the best way to complete a set task within time and ensure it's optimum quality. Even so, I prefer smart work over hard work

It help us in achieving goals and set the goals for a particular time. Because setting the time interval that we will study for this time interval and tall it helps us to set the goal and to achieve it. We do hard work until we do not go through the phase of hardware. We cannot do smart work at all. But when we pass this phase, then the smart work is a way to achieve anything

First of all, thanks a lot for replying on my post. And I would like to say that though we know that smart work saves time, it allows us to be more organized and practical, also lowers the mental stress at the same time, because if you're not smart, your hard work won't pay off. Right, but but I will not deny the fact that hard work is the first step towards the smart work. Yeah
