What is meditation?

I come across different forms of meditation that I've been working on for the past years and I realized meditation. It generally involves finding a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down, close your eyes and direct your attention inward. We have three common types of meditation. We have mindfulness meditation. This is a type of meditation involves focusing your attention on the present moment, observing your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations without judgment. The goal is to cultivate nonreactive awareness of your experience

Hi. I was listening to this whilst cleaning up, dealing with some concerns of my mom, and it made me realize, yes, modern life is indeed very stressful. Financial problems, work problems. And we do need to take time to calm down. And, yes, it is possible that in the midst of our daily storm daily storm, we can stay as calm as possible if we find a way to meditate. So thank you for this reminder
