Well, imagine being able to do handstand, push ups, muscle ups, being able to lift £400, being quick, having good archery skills, being able to swim across the Lake. Well, that is CrossFit for you

Hey no one. Very inspiring. Great insights. Also I have I'm always confused. I'll be honest with you and I want to know this because I think you are somewhat knowledgeable on this. I can deadlift of really good. I can deadlift about like 350 to £400 in my prime. Not anymore. I can bench about 225. I can lift heavy. But when it comes to body weight, I just collapsed. I kid you not

I think there's a lot of people that CrossFit would benefit. So you sharing your information and passion around this sport is really helpful to the community and hopefully, hopefully we'll inspire others to stay in shape and keep a Regiment. So thanks so much and look forward to hearing more from you. Bye

And secondly, the larger your muscles the most if your body is and when your body is stiffer, body weight exercises become hard because they require a lot more range of motion than just normal weight lifting. So when you want to achieve a balance between the weight lifting part calisthenics and your athletics, you need to train all of them separately and give them equal importance
