Hello. It's very nice. I will try it because I'm feeling hard times already. When I want to sleep, I just stay in the bed for approximately four or 5 hours to sleep sleep even if I was tired or did work out in order to sleep. But it is the same for me. So I will try this technique. I will get you back if it works. I hope it works, but I have a question in here

That's a good question. Mouth or nose. I know that when you're taking your blood pressure, I was told by the doctor you can lower it by breathing in your nose and out your mouth. I'm not sure why that is, but it tends to relax you more. Alright. I'm going to try this right now. Your technique. It works
