There's this magical place where the elements come together. Possibly the cradle of biological life as we know it on planet Earth. This place where, if we really tune into our breath, we can match how the ocean comes onto the land and the froth that builds. And within the froth, the magic of life, the ingredients of life come together with the sand and the water and the sunlight from the sun and the air, the bubbles and all the different elements coming together

I also love looking down and seeing stuff that just washed up from some other shore, whether it's natural, like a shell, or it's something that's more human made manmade. I try to bring a bag to the beach sometimes so I can pick up stuff when I see it, but yes, just magical and beautiful and inspires us to feel small and to feel part of something gorgeous and big
