You write down those characteristics so that when you go outside your home team and you're looking for those travel teams, whether it's at work, whether it's amongst friends, whether it's among community organizations, you say to yourself, what are those top three integral characteristics that people need to have so you can say they're a part of your team?

And I'm thankful for the family that stood behind me. I'm thankful for people I work with, a team that also behind me, helped me through some tough challenges as well, gave me great advice. Motivation speeches were made to get me through some dark times that I was facing. And I am here today to say I am thankful for the people that are in my life
