Is overthinking good or bad

Someone else might think overtime is a problem because it leads to mental health issue or is linked to psychology problem. While this is true for some people, I think it depends on if you are overthinking actually leads to an obsession or some other unhealthy state of mind. If overthinking helps you solve a problem efficiently with the known negative effects, then I personally don't see a problem. If you find yourself mentally filing out of control from obsession over the problem instead of solving it, then overturning become bad

Now, overthinking is also not bad, but it depends the way you said, what are you thinking about? If you're thinking is about something positive, okay? You are thinking something creative, something productive, something constructive, then it's not bad. But still, thinking about constructive things also out of a limit will also not be of good use because you're only thinking, you are not doing it. Only thinking is not enough

So slowly and steadily you start getting this perceptive about things, you will start getting this judgment, you start getting with time it will happen. So right now, over thinking if you're what the word is overthinking, then yes, overthinking is always bad. Thinking is good, worrying is good. Over worrying is bad. So on those lines
