One of the more looked up to drummers in world music influence is one thing. But when you're talking about a music in a band like the Rolling Stones, their influence really sort of permeates many, many parts of culture. He was an influence to myself. The Rolling Stones have always been a band that I've really enjoyed their take on Blues and their fusion of that with the innovative styling that made them who they are and made the sound so noticeable for generations to come

Oh, man, that's awful good grief. Yeah. I have been a Rolling Stones fan for not a particularly long time, maybe 15 years or so. I guess that's a long time. Couple good friends of mine listen to the Rolling Stones often. And when they play music, I get caught up in what they're listening to. And so I've become a Rolling Stones fan. And this is very spade news. Yeah. He was great

You know, we kind of thought of those as some of the greatest rock drummers of all time. And I think one of the reasons is because Charlie Watts was a jazz drummer. He really wasn't a rock drummer but was originally a jazz drummer and came into the Rolling Stones. And I think one of the things that I'm reading today that strikes out the most to me is that they call him the heartbeat of the Rolling Stones
