Is there an instrument which helps you relax?

Hey. So I wanted to share this instrumental piece called Claire de Lune. The harp is an instrument which I find truly fascinating, and I've always wanted to learn it but never got around to taking lessons. And I usually listen to this kind of music before I go to bed or early in the morning when I'm trying to calm myself down and begin my day on the right note

Karan. I never knew a harp could be that melodious. So thank you for sharing. That was wonderful piece. My own favorite calming instrument happens to be nature. And I love the sound of water, birds, rainfall. All of those are my best sounds I'll share with you, one that I really like for you to enjoy

Shay Karan I love this topic. Also, I'm so glad you posted. Claire Delon that is my all time favorite piece of classical music. I listen to it when I need to calm down, I listen to when I need to sleep. It's just truly, truly lovely leap, actually. Thank The Oceans Eleven movie for introducing it to most of us uncultured fans. But coming back to the question, yes. The harp is very soothing. Yes. Sounds of nature. Also lovely
