Man. I think this is a topic that more and more people need to discuss so we can get collective perspectives and hopefully make some changes to companies and the way that they treat their employees, not only in the short term, but also in the long term as well. Looking back, this store, I'm going to tell you, it's one where I was very irritated and p***** off and said, f this for sure

Hey, Brandy. The last time I said f this I'm fed up was at my current job. Actually, I was in an hourly position, and for about five years, I work in the aviation industry and just was dealing with processes and procedures that were out of date. And it always led to the engineering team or the management team coming down on inspectors or mechanics for making mistakes when actually the books were not up to par and the instructions weren't correct
