We're flattered when people tell us, you don't seem like you're this age or that age. Because we have a youthful personality and youthful looks. When will we get back to the place of embracing age? There used to be a time where we embraced the elder's wisdom. Age was thought to be a privilege, an honor. The older you got, the more honor you received. Because you held so much wisdom. You held so much wisdom. Wisdom needed for the younger generations

And I was like, well, yeah, we all do. And my ex wife, my children's mother said, oh, you're just letting it go gray. I was in a different kind of mood. I've got an injury and some other aches and pains. So I truly was feeling my age. So my age sensitivity was higher. But if I would have been in a better state of mind that day, I mean, it was a great day

And we continuously try to cover them up with layers and layers of makeup. We shy away from telling out to the world our real age. And this is something really very wrong and we need to look into it because everybody does not get that privilege to age in his life. First of all, it's here by God's grace that you have come to this age and you are able to live that kind of life and you should feel blessed about it. This is what I personally feel

You can challenge yourself to do and try new things, to learn new things, to experience new things. And it has given her, and I believe that's what gives people the youthful glow is because they don't lose that. They don't essentially die in their brain and in their soul. They keep that life force flowing through them. So, no, I mean, shoot, there's evidence that women in their forty s and fifty s can have babies. Is it the most ideal situation?

They've either been married and divorced or married and widowed or never married or having children. But they've had experiences, they've had different life events take place that a younger woman may not have had already. And so sometimes with women who are a little bit older, those different situations and circumstances can kind of make them a little jaded in some aspects, and so they're a little bit more difficult to get to know and to please because they've been through so much and lived through so much

You. I agree with you 100%. Thank you so much for chiming in. We should just embrace the fact that our bodies do change as we get older. I see so many supplements and products that you can buy now to help kind of mitigate some of those changes, to help rebuild and restore some of the cellular breakdown that takes place as we age

But, yeah, age is a gift and a blessing, and I think our society needs to return back to that mind set. It's a gift to get older. I know lots of people who ain't made it to my age. I had friends that I went to high school with that died years ago long. They never even made it to 30. So I'm grateful that I'm 45 years old. I'm grateful that God still has a plan for my life at this age

I just want my normal hair color because I believe that's what makes me feel most attractive, then, yeah, that's definitely something that we do, and that's a good way to look at it, is that we do the things that make us feel good, not so much that we're doing the things make us feel younger or look younger. And then let's talk about TV and how they have it to where once after the young hot wife has these kids, does all these things to satisfy her husband in society, that he cheats on her with a younger woman at the office and leaves her and now she's sitting there depressed and angry because now he's gone. And they drill this stuff into people's head right now. This is what I think. I think that men age differently because they were doing different things

In response to both you and CIS. I agree with both of you guys. I think the outlook on age is big as well. Surrounding yourself with certain type of energy and keeping that inside of you. I think childlike energy, just a little bit of childlike energy is always good. I'm not saying being immature, I'm not saying at an age that you are not, but just keeping that in. You really help. Having optimism really helps
