And so I think that what most black women are getting at is that I want to be in a place financially where I don't have that level of stress, to get up every day and go work all these hours and these jobs and pay all these bills. And I want to be able to live a life of ease. So can we do that as single women, or are we required to marry to have a life of ease? Well, let's be realistic

Well, if your grandmother didn't have much, but yet she took care of the family. We loved being snuggled up next to her. She told stories or we snapped beans with her. She didn't have spa days, but yet she still had a kind, loving heart

It's the weekends, every other weekend, every other holiday. But God, the company that I work for, created this position right around the time that I was really praying, really praying for it. And as it is, I don't really have to work that much. I really start my day from home, and I may have to go out and see two people. Maybe sometimes I see no one, and I'm still getting paid, and I have my weekends and my holidays off

I did the same thing when I was applying for jobs over the past year or so, I only applied for those that were hybrid or fully remote because I was like, I need some days at home. I wanted it, I deserve it, and I don't want to get on the road five days a week

Hey, SIS. Thank you so much for your response. I agree, I have a soft life, probably compared to others. I don't have children, so my home is mine. My space is mine. I work from home. I've been working from home off and on for about 13 years, but full time since 2020. And I'm just now coming home from the gym, and I'm getting ready to go back to work and finish up for the day

I guess it's so far back, it's really hard to tell it, but it doesn't look like the picture that you use with your username. And this is not the first or second or maybe even a third time.
