So I think that sometimes our advice is us kind of projecting our own frustrations, projecting our own feelings of condemnation, our own feelings of failure in some instances where we didn't get certain parts of our life right. And then there might be a little jealousy from the older women to the younger women, because these younger women have youth on their side for the time being

Good morning, Flora. Thank you so much for responding to my swell cast. I do agree with you that younger women, well, 30 and 40 year old women, are kind of young to be given advice in areas. I think the pressure today to be subject matter experts at everything has caused people to believe, okay, because I've had some experiences, I'm an expert in this area and I can teach other people

I remember ten years old standing in my grandmother's kitchen. All I wanted to do is be a teacher and a housewife. And my mother told me, at ten years old, to get out of that fantasy, no man is going to come and rescue you and take you off on this adventure. You better get your own. This was at ten. My mother told me that. Never, never forget that. Then I start having children, to being in relationships and how to figure things out
