It's ok to not be ok <3

Because we have the present as well as the future with us, it's okay to give yourself time and seclude yourself from others. But during that time it's important to also self reflect on what went wrong or how you could have avoided it. It's important to be a better self work towards your goals. And I just want to end this spell by saying, do you, do you for you

But thinking about the past and secluding from others which would give us some other problems that would create some full past, like thinking about past and ignoring our issues would give us some helpful past. So what do you think about it? Share some thoughts about it. That's all. Hi

Hi Mrinalika, I have to agree with you. I think that it's okay not to be okay. And in order to heal, I think you need to give yourself the time to really reflect on the things that have happened. And a lot of that is mourning and grieving and negative emotions that people think get ugly and don't want to dwell on. But in the long run, it's just going to hurt you if you don't let yourself feel hurt
