Do you leave your sinking log or stay in when told by a Cast Member to remain in the vehicle?

I believe all of them, actually, and jumped out of the log and up onto the set. What would you do? There's a little controversy on the Internet going on about that. And I was just curious if you would do what the cast members told you to do or try to save those shoes. Let me know again, this is Don here at Mouse Ears Radio. We'll see you at www. Dot. I’m outta there!

I would immediately get out of there. It's easier to beg for forgiveness than to ask for permission. So I would have hopped out and waited for instructions. Kind of like what the people in the video did. Absurd that the employee asked them to stay in the vehicle. I understand that there are safety concerns, but we're talking about Splash Mountain here. We're not talking about anything too extreme or wild. Just crazy

Too many protocols?

But you have to take a look at the situation and have some common sense there. But allow your employees to be empowered to make those decisions. Should something unforeseen that you could not ever come up with in a book of what to do, you have to give them leeway to make a decision

I would have been OUT

I don't think Disney should expect people to sit in. I don't even know. Maybe that was a couple of feet of water and also being soaked like that would ruin my Disney day, my experience and my personal belongings. Overall, I think it's just too much to ask of someone to stay in that water
