Gratitude

article image placeholderUploaded by @MoonPoet
From the vagrant rivers where we hid thirst like snow leopards, a wild rupture, a profligate pizzicato so splendid on my eye strings the rains go a little loose. I will inspect my eyelashes again in the morning. Tonight I can only lower them. Thanks. Leaks out. Thank you. You

Yes. This was beautiful. I can always count on you to bring amazing imagery. It's one of the things I love so much about your poetry is every piece you present, you have this amazing imagery that you provide, and it sets up these dazzling scenes that a person can just sit and feel like they are in, like being in a short film, and you are just surrounded by such vibrancy

So I agree. You have a unique and vivid, almost kind of surreal way of writing and seeing the world. What I liked about this piece was the the contrast between those dry hours. Was it the dry hours of monotony clocks? And then all of this beautifully fluid, shimmering, magical, almost wet moonlight illuminating and and hydrating your lashes. The contrast was just so lush. I enjoyed that

You. Thank you so much, Nike, for engaging with my poetry and leaving me such beautiful replies. I'm always amazed, not only at your poetry, but when you respond to other people's poetry. You have very refined perceptions, and that's a really great talent. So thank you. Bye

You. Hey. Good morning, Pixie. Poet. I really appreciate you stopping and reading my work and leaving me a nice reply. Wearing it together, I think, is that I admire your poetry as well. And that's a nice thing when when there's a respect between poets. It feels great. And I really appreciate everything that you post. So thank you so much. Bye

It's. Hey, Pixie. Poet, this is Stephen. I'm part of the generation that struggles to keep up with technology, so I may have posted the reply to the wrong spot, but I'm not sure. I wanted to thank you for reading my poems and leaving such kind remarks about them. And also to communicate that I really respect your work. You truly do write without fear, and your writing is empowering and beautiful too. Thank you. Bye

And I think Anna Nika mentioned a contrast between dry and wet and how you've combined that into a poem about gratitude. It's extraordinary, extraordinary work, and I'm always glad to hear your work and I hope you feel better and hope you can share more this month and I will try it as well. I've been trying to catch up with everyone and it's great to hear these words and I'm so grateful for that as well. Thank you
