How was your day?

Hopefully this time I will do something. Since then, I maybe spent half or two just thinking and figuring out my goals, what I want to achieve. And I think I did pretty well in managing and creating routine. Hopefully I will stick to it. So after that, I got tired. I know, listen. But obviously it's not that I was tired by trying to be productive, but just the environment at home. When somebody fights, it isn't really a cheerful environment

Today i thought I'll take action and bring some change, to set systems/routines.

And I hope you're doing great and it's my first time actually listening to yourselves and I just wanted to tell you that, you know, as you first said that, you know, you had a very gloomy day, there were some kind of fights and you are feeling very guilty and you have a thought that if I haven't done that, if I have avoided this, if I might have stepped back, I shouldn't have said that, you know what not we have so many thoughts happening and at times there are some mistakes which we make but we regret a lot when it's over
