Is it wrong for men to cry ?

article image placeholderUploaded by @MitsuhaMiyamizu
Then why when you cry, do they associate you with weakness? Don't forget that crying is not a girly thing. It's a human thing. We need to let our pains pour out. How? Most of you would say writing it out or just giving yourself some time. But what's the use when those tears are slamming the door of your eyes to rush out, but you are forcing them back inside? Even a cloud can't bear too much of pressure in it

Do you beleive in the same stereotype ? Well I don't ! It's okay ! It's just an emotion Crying isn't "gender-based" and not a sign of weakness.

Hi, exactly. Just what you said. It hit me that crying is not womanly or Manly. It's humanly. It's in emotion. We're all being given just away and it's just passed down from centuries that only women cry and men don't or it's not right for men to cry. I have lived around women most of my life and I've seen how the men, they never cry

And there is a stage where person reaches after depressing that they can no more cry and they just stop reacting and they are more the person they used to be and they are just like a heart shell. You keep on noting that hard shell, it cannot feel anything. And also it creates such feelings of like a person got attached to someone or anything. You can say complete detachment and considering emotions as irrelevant

This inequality and indifference in treatment start at childhood, affecting a person's perspective on who should cry and who shouldn't. This gives a toxic impression to males that they shouldn't be anything less than strong. Crying is expressing your emotion in a safe way. Toxic masculine people often think being violent is the only Manly way to let out their emotions and this should not be normalized. There is no reason to see someone who cries as inferior as a human. All of us should be free to express emotions

Hey, it Angeli. How are you? And I believe the point you have raised is completely justified. And according to me, of course it's OK for men to cry. I hate that this is even a question, but society makes it to where it's not normal for men to cry. In my opinion, emotion shows that you are still human and still compassionate. Crying is a human response to pain and sadness and sometimes just strong emotions. It is in the purview of one gender

And sometimes I also think that I should also cry to release my anger because whenever I get stressed or feel bad, I start to get angry and it affects the people around me. So instead of that, I think I should cry and release my anger. Anyway, good topic, but bye

Hi. I hope you're doing good. And the answer to your question is that actually many people believe that men shouldn't cry or they should hide their emotions. But in truth, I feel that crying is is never a problem. And if you're crying, it doesn't mean you're weak

Yeah, we should rent out our emotion, and we just need some close people. We just can't cry in front of everyone. We just need those few people around us where we can cry. And we didn't feel like that we are going to be judged by anyone. It's okay to cry. It's an emotion, and it feels really light after crying. So, yeah, we can cry anytime. It's not gender based. We can cry. Thanks. Thank you

Hey. Hi, Archel. I hope you're doing great, and I am doing completely fine. And thank you so much for asking. And I completely agree with you that it's not gender based. We can cry any time if we have emotions in our heart. Actually, if we didn't express our emotions, then it will affect our mood all the time. And Gustavo and it's okay to cry. It's not Genevaged. Men can cry. Women can cry. Anyone can cry
