Health help!

Or just say that in a year I'd get sick like for once or twice. But after COVID happened, like I was infected twice, perhaps even three times, I did not get checked with her time. So yeah, I've been falling sick every month, even twice like every other week sick and I don't know why that. Please tell me what I can do to avoid it. I don't want to be sick

Hi Simran, I can relate to your problem because I suffered from covet and I suffered from COVID once. But after that it took almost six to eight months to recover properly. I was weak as far my motivation was gone. I was literally broken. But it gets better with time. Lots of lots of protein, lots of vitamins. Start doing a little bit of exercises. Go run if you want, if you like. And one more thing. Have you tested all the required medical checkups?

Hey buddy thank you so so much for all the information you gave me I found them pretty useful thank you so much if I tell my parents like come on let me ask the doctor all they're going to say is they go mobile just keep watching your mobile and this is what happens when you do that when you don't listen to your parents but yeah that's why I was taking hold and thank you so much I will try to do all that you recommended and no I haven't got any of test done but yeah let's see perhaps I should get them soon

But if we're able to keep a pretty balanced body, we want to have it close to PH of seven. It's going to be pretty good. That's why it's good to eat like healthy Greens and good vegetables, because it balances and hydrate. All those things are important. But if you really need that in Ayurveda, they say have a consistent practice of drinking ginger tea. And once in a while, put Holy basil toasty in there. Put black pepper

Rishi. Oh, my God. These are actually the last magic signs. You know, these are some magical stuff that we forgot. We need to do so that they don't taste as well. That can be a factor why they forgot by our generation. But thank you so much. I'd like to consider them into my daily routine just to practice Ayurveda is, I think, a great way to prevent any kind of issue at all. Yeah, let's do that. Thank you
