Hello. Thank you, ma'am, for responding. I very well understand your frustration of not your son not getting the scholarship. Unfortunately, yes. Many government scholarships are based on caste and not on merit. What would we say about that? We can say like, the forward caste is paying the karma of what our ancestors have done for the lower caste in history
