And when I did write, I was so surprised myself. And I finished my first book in just over three weeks. So this was in November 2021, and it got published in January 2022, which was, incidentally, the same month I did my Icfpcc. So it was a big milestone month for me. And the second book then got started in 2022, November, and just had it published last month in April

So that was a nice reply, ma'am. It was so good listening to your journey as a writer and I am sure that people will be inspired by it. Now I am going to a second question. You have always told in your book that you love to empower people. So can you please let our listeners us know what is the difference between empowering someone and helping someone, how different it is or what an individual gain if we empower them rather than helping them?

So this is me trying to empower her, empower her to get her out of her situation by herself and being able to think this way this would help her in any unpleasant future experiences because now she would coax herself to think of new doors, an opening in answer to any door. And there you seal. You seal. That means you put a tuppa, you put a stamp on it. And that's how you move on

I have a question.. #swellcast #collegevoiceindia

I have a query. What all challenges you faced as an author to write your first book, and how did you, like, ensure that your book format is okay and going with the flow and ensured that you are not going off the way?

Like how can we go talk something? Is there any topic that can pick us both out of that mindset? Or it can empower us both? It can brighten our mind both for both of us? Is there something like that? Thank you

How do we actually differentiate? When do we need that help, that support from an external party? And how do we know that we can empower ourselves within ourselves and by ourselves? So thank you so much and I really hope that you guys keep continuing this conversations with it is really something that I personally am looking forward to. Thank you

Thank you. That's a nice answer, ma'am. I really enjoy like the way how you have differentiated empowerment and help. When you empower someone, you help them to take decisions independently. And when you are helping, then that person might need your help again. So it's always better to empower someone so that they can stand on their own, take decisions on their own. A very good thought, ma'am, and I am sure our listeners would also have benefited from such a beautiful thought

I enrich my own life and empowering myself to enrich my life and evolving from an extraordinary person to an extra extraordinary person, whichever way it's possible. So whether it's through being a mentor or a coach or whatever, all the other roles that I've mentioned. So this is what I call my venture as a life enrichment director, where I aspire to inspire and give back a little of what I have in life

When you write your first book there are going to be concerns that you are going to wonder how do I know whether the structure is correct? How do I know whether the format is correct? How do I know that my layout is correct? Am I putting down all the subtitles I should. So for this I would definitely ask you to connect with a book mentor. So connect with a book mentor just for your first book and for a very short period

You as far as the topic of the book is concerned, whatever is your passion, whatever you want to spread your message for to the people. First of all, decide who your audience is, who is your book directed to. And once you've decided that, then you know what kind of topic generally take up topics which are pain topics or topics that you have experienced in your life

No. But I would say that when you are asking for help and it's something material or something practical they can do for you, then that can be the kind of help you can ask for. And it's never wrong to ask for help, because asking for help will always lead you to progress. All right? But when is the time? Not to ask for help is when you are trying to change something within you. So you are then asking to empower yourself

Hi. So I have a very diligent question that I really need to ask, because I feel like every person who aims to write a book or decides to write a book goes to this block, goes through this uncertainty. So what is it that led you to be so sure of starting a book and putting your all into it and being so sure that there will be people out there, will be ready to take up this material, and it will actually help them?

I was very sure that a lot of the stuff that I've written would help people in some way and make a difference in their life. So for you, I would definitely say just go with your gut feeling, just go with your heart and just write. Do not worry about whether it's going to be good or not good, because the moment you start doing that, you put a limiting belief to what you're writing

Because starting for me is definitely the hardest part. I know that I have good writing potential, I know that I have good literary potential, but I just am not able to start there are the writers block or the reader's block as well. So how do you get over from those situations? And another question, if it's not burdensome for you, I've always wondered people who help other people, like helping others, is a part of their job

Or imagine yourself having written that book and getting appreciation, writing autographs. So put that image of yourself in your mind every time you want to sit down and write and you don't know why you're not starting. And ask yourself, what am I going to get? How am I going to feel if I really write this book?

Hi status. So answering your second question as to how you can delve into psychology and not let it interfere between your professional and your personal life. So what you can do is set your priorities and schedule them accordingly. So basically now, if you feel that you want to get into psychology, so will spend like 60% of that month doing things towards psychology. Don't stop your other life, let it go on. But you're spending a little more time on this
