Imposter syndrome

Good morning, everyone. So this morning I just wanted to talk about imposter syndrome. Just going to touch on it very briefly. So, obviously, imposter syndrome is when you can't see how good you are at something. So you think you shouldn't be doing the job that you're doing. You think that everybody is better than you. You think that it's all in illusion, it's luck, somebody's going to find you out. But why do we think this?

You. Maybe I'm talking about a much later stage of ego state work. Or maybe I'm being contrarian. But most definitely, first of all, imposter syndrome is a killer. And you put it down really well about where it originates from, the ideology. I think on some level that, you know, is there truth to the syndrome, what it's saying and this validity and meaning, not being afraid of what he or she is saying about being an imposter. It's interesting
