Feeling the Pull of Inspiration

I could be just witnessing something that's happening in my neighborhood. Let's say last week I went on a spiritual retreat. It was the gathering of the shamans in Sedona. And every workshop I went to, of course, was very inspirational, very thought provoking. And you inspired me to dig deeper. But I want to hear from you. What were you doing? What were those things that you were doing that just sparked inspiration? I'd love to hear it. Thanks

This is such a good question, and I feel like just hearing you ask it, I realize that I don't reflect on that enough. And I think it'd be super helpful to not even try to, I don't know, tap into it in a forceful way, but just be aware of it. I can think of two moments that stand out in the recent past. One is I want to see the, like, three and a half hour play

But my suggestion would be taking a journal and writing down these moments so that in those other moments when you're feeling uninspired or maybe you're just having a bad day, you can open your notebook and read about these moments. Or take a photo of those beautiful leaves you were talking about and put it on your refrigerator or something like that. Because I think we need to surround ourselves with those things that inspire us in whatever way, shape, or form. Anyway, thank you so much for sharing
