Its going to happen in the next decade

But with that set to change, I do believe that there is a very good, high likelihood of the EU army coming about because without the three superpowers of the EU being a part of this, nothing was going to come about, especially not without Germany being on board. But I do believe that with 100 billion that Germany is going to spend over the next at least a few months in getting weapons in place
