I went surfing, my special place and write down some things I'm grateful for to close out the week and continue my awesome Monday. So thank you again. I'll look out for your other mindful Mondays or gratitude Mondays. And I like to think peace and beach right back. Bye

And if we can learn to slow down and control some of those thoughts sounds easier said than done. I don't know if anyone has ever tried to focus on one thing throughout the dad. It's extremely hard. But you can get to a place where I don't want to say you can control it, but when you feel those negative thoughts creeping in, you can switch it around. You can flip the switch and turn that negative into a positive. It can be done. It is possible
