So every day have a little book by your bedside. You can get a tiny little one, and all you're going to do is write three to five words down, or you can write a novel. If you're a writer, whatever pleases your soul, you're going to write three things you're grateful for to five things you're grateful for that will help you in case you wake up and you don't have that shift and you don't have that mindset working

Gratitude. What it really is.

In a way, it feels like I'm protecting myself from something, but yeah, I feel like I'm also missing out on truly connecting with people and truly feeling other people's love for me through their gratitude. So, yeah, I'm going to really take your words to heart and try to put into it into practice in my life. Thank you

Thank you so much for replying to my swell cast on gratitude. I am receiving that gratitude from you, and I would like to acknowledge and tell you how much I appreciate you taking your time to bless me with that today. And yes, that is a very tricky part of gratitude that a lot of us oversee or we aren't even aware of that

Hi, Bo. This was a really nice thing to hear, your swell cast, and thank you for sharing it. I feel like I've heard I've heard the thing of having a little of gratitude journal and writing in it at the end of every day, but I didn't realize the purpose that it could serve as a reminder for the next day if you need it. I've always thought of it as sort of like in the moment, like a little reminder to be grounded

And you may be stifling that growth for that person. And that's another perspective I wanted to share in this reply, because I think that's essential. If we don't know each other's journeys, we don't know where we're at in our journeys. I think we all go through the same things at some point in our life, but we don't know where we are in that journey with someone else
