Fabulous Friday - Power of Words

article image placeholderUploaded by @MHNmaven
And it's mainly because we can use our words to help someone and heal someone or to hurt someone. And you have the power to change another human's life. So if you have this huge undoubted power to change someone else's life with your words, why would you not do that to change your own life? We often forget about ourselves in the power of our words, the power of our thoughts, the power of our deeds

My name is J. L like, hey, JL. You are a beautiful, confident, smart, self reliant, wildly successful, adored, nurturing, caring, healthy. A woman who is walking in the legacy as she creates it. Sensual, funny woman. And I don't need to entertain any other thoughts or allow my emotions or my thoughts about myself, be dependent on the actions or inactions of others

@MHNmaven: Undo/Unsend…

To unsend a text message or to delete a post once it's already been engaged by our audience. By our community. By our loved ones and all of that. And something so pungent that you said that I guess I just want to sort of emphasize or expound upon is the idea of giving something but not forgetting something

And Understanding Trauma, here's the thing, I look at it and view it as it's a tape recorder. We record everything and all these little things that we consider not really traumas, but they actually are traumas. Because I think when people think trauma, they think somebody's murdered or something massively traumatic, right?
