I'm so proud of myself for my mindset, for this platform, for starting MINDHEALTH Network here on Swell. There's so many great things that I am so thankful for. And even in a year where we lost my husband's great aunt about a month ago and we lost some other people that we treasured and so many things with challenges for financials and everything else, I'm so proud of these other accomplishments. And I'm taking that in with me to 2023
And like I said, I really want to help people become aware of those red flags, their subtleties, and empower people to rebuild their lives and that they can do it and they can be happy. So happy New Year, everyone. Happy holidays. Take care. God bless

I have been able to really have some really good experiences with human beings this year that I will never forget. And I've learned so much about myself through those experiences. I've committed to helping other survivors of domestic violence heal out loud and have received a good handful
Oh, and also one thing I want to throw in there, I'm ending this year with a bang. Instead of waiting until January to start a membership at a gym or something like that, I decided to start and get a personal trainer last month. So I'm pretty proud of that. Because I have been very lazy and I put on a couple of COVID pounds I put on my COVID-19

On some of our friends that we interconnect with, we have some of the same people that we interconnect with. Your responses are always right on on theirs as well as mine. You're just such a phenomenal woman, and I am so grateful to be able to share back and forth with you, and I truly appreciate that. It has definitely blessed my life. I love that you created a book. So I'm going to look on Amazon for your book. I have been pursued for many years about writing a book, so I think now that my schooling is going to be done for a while until my master starts, I think I'm going to need to start working on that because people keep asking me about it. So thank you for that push and influence of what I want to plan for 2023. And thank you so much much for sharing and replying to my broadcast here on Swell

My goodness. Thank you so much for sharing. Wow. A single mom is not an easy task. I haven't been a single mom, but I have a lot of friends that have, and it is just something so much to be proud of, just to handle the situations by yourself, the home schooling. My goodness, girl, you must have the patience of an angel, because I get crazy with school with my child every day. It's really tough
