Like I was saying, seabom, this is an oily substance that helps to keep your hair and scalp moisturize. For most people, they produce a lot of sea bumps, so they have really like oily hair. If you touch your hair on your hair through, you haven't put any products in there, then it comes out oily. This is a sea bump. This is your natural body's oil, like at least one of them being produced by your scalp to keep it from drying out

Wow, thank you so much. Good stuff in here. And yeah, a lot of new stuff that I learned. And I'd assume that maybe some supplements or hair loss treatments include aspects of this, but I consider myself to eat pretty good and eat, like, a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. But I was, like, vegetarian for years and then vegan for a few years, and my hair loss actually started before I became vegetarian

Hey, how's it going? How are you? So I did not include supplements in this one because I wanted it to orient towards food. Something that I am aware of and everyone is aware of, is that all medicines are derived from plants, and most of of them, the majority from plants, plant roots. And the foods that we know are basically turned into certain supplements and certain medications. So that's why I didn't include supplements. But a lot of supplements, they do work
