Drive In Concert Event?

If the reports are true, it looks like a Metallica concert will be coming to drive in movie theaters for one night only. This is an interesting concept, one I would definitely be interested and checking out because it is Metallica, my all time favorite band. But curious, is this something that interests you as a fan? And if the reports are true, what would you like to see from this experience

Hey, it's Ralph again. The reports are definitely true. I've been on Live Nation, check things out. It's definitely happening and I definitely plan on going. And the great thing is, the drive in theater is only about ten minutes away from my house, so it would be perfect. Probably going to take the wife and kids too. Sounds like a good time to me. Alright. See you

$115 a car? 🤔 @rcevetto

Yes, the reports are true. And I saw that it will be like a $115 a car. You could have up to six people in a car. Sort of pricey. Sort of surprising size of the price. Totally worth it if you have a family or lots of friends. But if it's just me and a buddy to go to a drive in movie theater seems a little pricey less

My thoughts

Hey, I'm Linda. I'm from Europe so I can't go to the show because it's not shown over here, and I am really disappointed by that. But before all I knew that it wasn't shown over here and kind of knew about the price tag. And I understand it part of me understands it because not only are four copies of SM, two included, which are about $40

Yeah, $115 car load. Unless you have all six people in the car, that's a little bit unreasonable to me. We are just talking about watching a sky green that just seems a little crazy. I did go see their IMAX film several years back and I thought that was kind of cool, but that's the limit of what I would be willing to pay to watch a concert film. I don't think I would pay more than that if it was just me and my girlfriend

So, Brandon, what you reported is the first time I heard a price for this event. My plan, however, is to still go because I'm taking, I believe, at least five people. So it comes down on it's going to be like $23 a person, so that's acceptable enough for me. Plus, I'm an insane person when it comes to Metallica. So the price really doesn't bother me

@rcevetto Win tickets?

I am pretty crazy about Metallica, and I am willing to spend $115 a car load if there were different circumstances because just do not have that many people who live close to me who would be willing to go and pay that kind of money. And the closest theater to me is over an hour away. So I'm looking at maybe close to a 90 minutes drive there close to a 90 minutes drive home and dropping $115 for at best, me and maybe one other person

So it's Ralph again, as far as winning tickets, DJ on WM. S. Which is the Cleveland Rock radio station over here. His name is Alan Cox. He's giving away tickets at 420 PM. If you want to have him or hear him and you're not in Northeastern or Ohio, you can check them out on iHeartRadio maybe you can try to win tickets that way. So I would probably just start calling in at 420 to the radio station out radio feed
