Hey, I wanted to link another swell conversation that's going on right now about education. I know there's a lot of teachers in the conversation, and I'm sure some of them would probably have some literature for kindergarten partners that they could recommend to you. So just thought I would link it and show it to you

Hi. Thank you so much. I posted there too. If you have anything to say here, that would be great. I think that having multiple posts on one topic isn't a against the law and could be a good thing because some posts us get clogged up with different topics and things like that. So if anyone else has anything to say, anything to chime in, feel free. Thank you so much that's

Hey, yeah. I totally agree with you about more exposure, especially in this case when you're trying to find a book for a little one. Personally, that is not the age group that I worked with when I was a kid teacher, and I don't have any children of my own that are that age. So I'm probably the worst person to give you an advice for that sort of age group

Yeah, I'm sure I'll find you when they're in middle school in like five, six years. No, I don't think that anybody is, like the worst person to offer advice. I think everybody has something something that they can offer for pretty much any topic. Thank you so much. Personally, I think the literature should be mostly based on, like, classics and social emotional learning at this age. But I am open to new discussions and new topics

If you give a mouse a cookie - Laura Numeroff

Hello. So I'd like to chime in with a couple of suggestions here. My first recommendation would be the book If You Give A Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numerous. So this is the first book in a series of books with somewhat the same from Ice. So it starts off with an idea what happens if you Give A Mouse a cookie? And the rest of the story is told in circular style. That kind of teaches kids about cause and effect

Thank you so much. I actually have the first book, the if you get a master cookie. And I actually hadn't thought about looking into getting the rest of those or getting at least some of those. So I appreciate your recommendation. We love, like, classics, like we have The Rainbow Fish, we have the very hungry Caterpillar. We have Velveteen rabbit corduroy and things of that nature. We like going that route. I appreciate your suggestion. Thank you

Goodnight Moon, Where the wild things are, The Cat in the Hat

Some other classic kindergarten that I would like to bring up here are, you know, Goodnight Moon and the classic Alphabet book Chica Chica Boom Boom, and also the Graphalo series by Julia Davidson. And, of course, Where The Wild Things Are by Maurice Sender. So these are books that I think we have actually grown up with, but are still so beautiful that we could continue to pass them on to the kids as well. So just thought I would mention them here. Thank you

Love you forever and National Geographic kids magazine

I would like to recommend Love You Forever by Robert Mentioned Sheila McCroy you already might have this as a parent. I really loved it. It's pretty emotional. And for kids, it's a great way of kind, kind of giving them a preview of the ever changing dynamic between parents and children and the complex relationship and also teaches them that life comes around in a full circle and it just gives you a full view of the entire lifecycle for somebody

Wow in the world podcast

Sorry for going off on a tangent here. This is not literature, but I would like to recommend a podcast for Kindergartners and a little older. Also it's called wow in the World. It's extremely knowledgeable and very entertaining for kids. Highly recommend

But I think that is pretty new. I think that they had some of them, but they added a whole bunch of things recently within everything that's going on. So yeah, I appreciate your suggestions. Please continue to tangent. I do not mind. I'm sure plenty of other people don't mind either, and would love the suggestions. Good work
